Privacy and AI-assisted assessment
This notice explains the CVIQ assessment workflow. Your invitation and the hiring organization's own notices may add jurisdiction-specific information. The hiring organization/controller for this campaign is The hiring organization named in your invitation.
What is processed and why
CVIQ processes your roster identity and contact details, résumé and extracted text, consent evidence, recorded interview answers, technical upload metadata, transcripts, role-rubric evaluations, human-review records, and account/security events. The purpose is to support a structured assessment for the role in your invitation. CVIQ's model output is a draft; a human reviewer must approve compatible evidence before a result can be released. The hiring organization, not CVIQ's model, makes employment decisions.
Résumé notice: Your résumé will be stored, parsed, and evaluated against the approved requirements for this role with AI assistance. The hiring team will review the evidence before any result is released. See the privacy notice for the hiring organization, vendors, retention period, your rights, and support or accommodation contacts. (resume-processing-v1)
Interview notice: Your interview answers will be video-recorded, stored, transcribed, and evaluated against the approved role rubric with AI assistance. The hiring team will review the evidence before any result is released. CVIQ does not use facial expression, emotion, gaze, or voice-characteristic analysis for this assessment. See the privacy notice for the hiring organization, vendors, retention period, your rights, and support or accommodation contacts. (recorded-interview-v1)
Automated processing and human access
Résumé text and interview transcripts are evaluated against the campaign's frozen requirements and rubric. The configured services are minimax (MiniMax-M2.5) for structured evidence extraction/evaluation and groq (whisper-large-v3) for transcription. Authorized hiring reviewers can access the résumé, recordings, transcripts, draft evaluations, and review history. CVIQ does not use facial expression, emotion, gaze, appearance, or voice-characteristic analysis in this hiring assessment.
Service providers, storage, and retention
The application uses a hosting provider, private S3-compatible object storage, PostgreSQL database hosting, Resend for transactional email, and the configured transcription and language-model providers above. These services process data to operate the assessment. Before opening a campaign, the hiring organization must approve the applicable vendor contracts, data-use settings, and subprocessors. The controller's configured retention rule is the period published in your invitation or by the hiring organization; its approved deletion procedure must cover application data, object storage, provider copies, exports, and backups. A lawful hold may delay deletion where permitted.
Your choices, rights, and accommodations
Contact the support address in your invitation to ask for access, correction, withdrawal, deletion, or human review, or to contest an assessment record. The controller will confirm which rights and exceptions apply to your location and request. Contact the support address in your invitation before starting if you need an accommodation or a non-video alternative. Declining the recording notice prevents the video interview from starting; ask the hiring organization about an alternative process.
Security and questions
Candidate links require verification at the roster email, sessions expire, candidate-facing mutations are campaign-gated, and stored evidence is kept in private application storage. No internet service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected account, link, or data issue promptly to the support address in your invitation.
This page is a product notice, not legal advice or a substitute for the hiring organization's required jurisdiction-specific notice. A campaign cannot pass application readiness unless approval and retention evidence have been configured.
